Job Description
- Develop and implement a market research policy that will enable the company to identify business optimization and future growth opportunities.
- Commission research whether internal or external via in house resources or external suppliers, whilst ensuring quality fieldwork, analyzing results and furbishing the subsequent reports that identify the recommended actions needed to have an impact on the business
- Monitor research results to ensure that the policies and procedures adopted meet the company’s requirements.
- Monitoring the relevant market trends and recommending appropriate practices and actions to be implemented by the company.
- Support the Marketing brand and business development teams with both primary and secondary research that aids and guides company decisions on a group level across the various sectors.
Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of market research to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective policies and approaches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Economics, statistics or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Market Research
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data visualization tools “Power BI and Tableau”
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in Questionnaire designing and presentation skills
Solid Understanding of secondary research databases
