Job DescriptionCLOSING DATE 19 JULY 2023.NOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.Job Summary.Function as a Quality Foreman for the coating plants.ResponsibilitiesCheck calibration, tests, quality processes and requirements, customer requirements and operational application and record resultsCheck conformity to SOP guidelines or customer specification in all operational. Ensure it is reported to QC Supervisor if any and assure corrective actions are implemented.Develop Work Instruction as required.Distribute Work Instruction accordingly.Monitor production and inspection.Monitor and requisition calibration.Control Re-processed pipes, spools, and fittings (NSC Reports – closing out). Provide inspection Support as required.To follow the NOV HSE policy and procedures, safe system of work, local requirements.Use properly and maintain the tools and personal protective equipment provided by the company.Report unsafe acts & conditions, workplace incident to the supervisors & HSE dept.Follow instruction from supervisors. If in doubt, ask questions. Never commence work without ensuring that work can be done safely. Strictly observe “permit to work system”Know emergency procedures (Emergency Numbers, Assembly point etc.)Attend Toolbox talks, HSE training and HSE meetings.
