Food People are working with a well-established family-friendly dining destination committed to creating memorable experiences through delicious food, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are currently assisting in their search for a leading Marketing Director to guide the brand through its impressive expansion throughout the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements.Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.Utilize data analytics to measure the success of digital campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.Oversee the visual elements of the restaurant, including interior design, menu layout, and overall ambiance, ensuring they align with the brand identity and appeal to the target audience.Collaborate with the PR Director to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies and PR campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the opening of 10 new venues across Dubai and the GCC.KEY INGREDIENTSMinimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.Strong background in brand development and management, with a track record of successfully implementing brand strategies.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into effective marketing campaigns and designs.Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and inspire a marketing team.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with the cultural nuances and market trends in the GCC region, particularly in the food and beverage industry.Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
