We're seeking a highly skilled SAP Analyst to be a part of our team, driving efficiency and innovation through SAP excellence. If you're ready to take on a pivotal role in process optimization and SAP configuration.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various roles.Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to facilitate seamless onboarding.Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing timely and effective resolutions.Assist in managing employee performance and development, including performance evaluations and growth plans.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive engagement and communication.Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate communication of benefits information.Support the compensation review process, conducting market research and collaborating with leadership to maintain competitive compensation structures.Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR processes.Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to enhance team morale and cohesion.Gather feedback from employees and contribute to the continuous improvement of the workplace environment.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.Generate HR reports and metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.Identify training needs and assist in designing and delivering relevant training programs for employees and managers.Support career development by identifying growth opportunities and guiding employees in their professional journey. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree is a plus).1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
