Assistant Recruiter

We're seeking a passionate, fun, and tech-savvy Assistant Recruiter with native-level English proficiency to join our dynamic crew remotely and help us source diverse talent for a wide range of roles.Responsibilities:Screen and assess candidates for various positionsCollaborate with the recruiting team and account managers to understand role requirements and team dynamicsConduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate skillsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system. Shortlist and prepare candidates for submission to hiring managers. Qualifications:Native-level English proficiency. Min. 1 year as a virtual assistant or other remote work Proactive and eager to learn with a can-do attitude. Strong communication skills Basic understanding of recruitment processes (experience is a plus but not mandatory). Adaptability to a global and remote team environment. Working Hours:Full-time remote position from 9 am to 6 pm EST. English proficiency at a native level is a prerequisite, and applications without videos will not be considered.
