Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring all project goals and deliverables are met.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, internal engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project.
This includes reviewing solution designs, architecture, and technical specifications to ensure they align with the client’s needs and Motorola Solutions’ standards.
Implementation Management: Coordinate and manage the activities of engineering, deployment, and QA teams.
Ensure the implementation phase is executed efficiently, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
Testing and QA: Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate the solution's performance, functionality, and reliability.
Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and budget.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and status reports.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on software or telecommunications projects.
Experience with Motorola Solutions' Kodiak platform or a similar mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) solution is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs), system integration, and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with mobile telecommunications networks (e.g., LTE, 5G) and enterprise software architecture is highly desirable.
Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification is required.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential and Arabic is ideal for effective stakeholder communication.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and logistical challenges.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Cultural Awareness: Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a plus.
