Please note that the client is holding a recruitment day in London which will be part of the interview process for this role that successful candidates will be required to attend.You…In order to be a successful Events Manager you will have…Previous experience in a similar role in events managementHighly organised with excellent time management and communication skillsAn energetic and creative thinker who can create memorable experiences for guestsThe roleAs an Events Manager you will take charge of all planning and organisation for a variety of events with a focus specifically on the guest experience. This will include coming up with new ideas and implementing event plans and concepts before managing the invite process for existing and prospective clients including coordinating with colleagues and existing suppliers. In preparation for events you will play a key role in activities such as marketing, logistics, recruiting event staff and providing event briefs to relevant departments and 3rd parties. You will keep engaged with the venue point of contact as well as ensuring all permits and processes are in place including ensuring event staff adhere to the brief.
