Job DescriptionsProvide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing processCheck samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standardsCheck QA inspectors to ensure consistent QA inspection service qualityProvide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product qualityMonitor and extend advice to factories before and during the manufacturing processConduct in-line and final product inspections and provide advice and solutions on technical issues (e.g. construction of products/materials) considering the features and limitations of products and materialsProvide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing processConduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers' compliance standardsReport and trouble shoot quality issues from bulk production samples sample to garment finishEnsuring finished garment is to specificationFabric pre-production quality checks (refer to quality manual)Work closely with all operational departments related to productCommunicating all quality issues arising from testing and assessment of product to all key stakeholdersSetting and communicating tolerance levels to key stakeholdersAssessing garment construction to specifications and sampleDefining and implementing quality assurance methodologies into the production areaPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsAt least 10 years of garment experience in the QA fieldKnowledge of AQL 2.5/4 mustResiding in Kafr El-Dawar areaFrequent travel is requiredStrong communication skillsGood command of both written and oral EnglishHardworking and can ability work under pressureHaving both cut & sewn and woven experienceHaving responsibility and flexibilityKnowledge of basic Excel spreadsheets and email communicationIf this sounds like you, Apply Now!As an equal opportunity employer, we shall consider all applicants regardless of gender, age, religion, marital status, race, sexual orientation, disability, disease, pregnancy, or trade union and/or political affiliation, and disregard all factors deemed inappropriate by local law and the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
