Job Description

Position: HR Assistant ManagerCompany Overview:One of our clients, a leading UAE-based marine and a broad range of offshore services provider. A key player in supporting the region's offshore energy sector and contributing to its growth and development.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our client dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local laws and regulationsCoordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checksDevelop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to ensure a strong talent pipelineSupport the performance management process by coordinating employee evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvementHandle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up to date and in compliance with data protection regulationsAssist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work cultureConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsStay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and proceduresQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relationsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteProfessional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary packageHealth insuranceAnnual leaveTraining and development opportunitiesDynamic and inclusive work environmentIf you are a highly motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
