What You Will Be Doing
Identify and recruit users who meet the program’s criteria and onboard them effectively.
Leverage AI tools to guide testers through tasks and resolve issues, ensuring scalable support with minimal manual intervention.
Analyze data weekly to assess tester performance and recommend program enhancements.

You will not be confined to traditional marketing or customer success roles.
You will not be writing specs or building product roadmaps.
You will not be operating in a rigid, slow-moving environment with limited scope.
You will not be relying on assumptions without real-world data validation.
Product Growth Lead Key Responsibilities
Drive the validation of AI-powered EdTech products to ensure they deliver measurable academic outcomes through real-world application.
Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
The payment period is weekly.
