This role is ideal for a technically proficient and commercially driven professional with experience in industrial lubricants or related sectors. The focus will be on expanding market share in the cable and wire manufacturing industries, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsManage and grow relationships with key customers and distributorsProvide technical support and product training to clients and partnersIdentify and convert new business opportunities into long-term clientsCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market needsMonitor customer stock levels and support demand planningMaintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activitiesConduct regular site visits across the assigned territoryEnsure compliance with health, safety, and operational proceduresParticipate in internal training and development programsCandidate ProfileEssential Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial lubricants or the cable manufacturing sectorEngineering degree or equivalent technical backgroundProven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex accountsStrong understanding of industrial processes such as wire drawing, metal forming, or conductor protectionDesirable AttributesFamiliarity with lubricant formulations or specialty chemicalsExperience working with international teams or in a matrix organizationKnowledge of regional market dynamics in the GCCCore CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommercially driven with a customer-first mindsetTechnically confident and solutions-orientedSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyWillingness to travel across the region as required
