Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the production department to ensure operational efficiency.
Own and update all departmental tracking sheets, including the production pipeline, title status logs, and title cost summaries.
Act as the central point of contact within the department for all internal communications and requests.
Represent the production department in internal meetings to provide title updates, align with other departments, and document key action points.
Draft all cast and crew invoices, assist in supplier finance registration, and support the issuance of purchase orders (POs).
Communicate regularly with other departments such as Legal, Finance, Content, and Marketing to ensure they are updated on the progress and status of all titles.
Support the line manager with documentation, status reporting, and process tracking as need.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media, Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a media/production environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when tracking data, updating logs, and drafting documents.
Comfortable managing administrative processes such as invoices, POs, and finance-related documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively liaise with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Content, etc.) and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Arabic & English.
