Daily opening and closing procedures of Edgewalk Supervising the progress and experience of each assigned group. Usher the guests. Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment. Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group. Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest. Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour. Help and resolve customer complaints and questions Demonstrate a high level of customer service Keep all filing up to date for database - sales and members Servicing existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying and taking payments for existing reservations. Go the extra mile to engage customers Inform customer of deals and promotions Assists in the upkeep of the facility. Assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
