Supply Chain & Stock Agent

Manage stock by receiving, issuing and control, the stock to maintenance Dep. As per requestedResponsibilities/DutiesProfil de candidat recherché : Receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchasing Department. Check the received materials as visual inspection for quality, quantity, specific condition, inclusion of Certificates of Conformity and Testing certificates, etc. (if applicable) Develop and maintain and understanding of key materials description and functions to support Operations and Maintenance with goods in acceptance of materials Issue material receiving report if the material accepted as being correct as per the agreed specifications or a Receiving Rejection Report for return to the supplier if rejected. Update Maximo with stocks received data Put away the materials as per related category and locate in the correct warehouse location. Take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials. Periodical stock verification and always ensure correctness of stock. Pick stocks as per the received Stock Issue Request or Maximo stock request processes Issue the materials to the departments as per the indents through stock issue request and material delivery note and maintain up to date records of stocks in the CMMS Ensure that stocks are picked based on FIFO where possible Issue materials to departments as per the schedule. Take the necessary actions for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedureQualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE High school Diploma - bachelor’s degree from reputable university Materials handling training and appropriate Health & Safety training.Knowledge English - Intermediate in speaking, reading Inventory and stock management expert A working knowledge of CMMS (preferably Maximo) Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management IT Skills Microsoft Office. Forklift driving capabilities and necessary competency certificatesExperience Min. 3-5 years’ relevant experience in warehouse & inventory managementDESIRED BEHAVIORS Ability to communicate with staff of all levels Attention to details Planning and organizing Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time Excellent written and verbal communication skills
