Role OverviewJob Requirements: Assist in the annual Salary & Bonus review process Ensure Job Descriptions across the organization accurately reflect all business roles Support in projects such as job leveling, salary structure, etc. General administration and record keeping in accordance with audit guidelines Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies for assigned countries Deliver HR support in accordance with local employment legislation Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities Support local HR group with ad-hoc request Maximize the acquisition of high caliber talent, whilst observing the requirements of the Nationalization programs.Candidate RequirementsSkills, Knowledge & Experience Required Previous experience and understanding in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Salary Structures Bilingual Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Office Should possess effective written & verbal communication skills Should be articulate and influential, with the ability to build close working relationships within a team environment Multi-cultural exposure within a diverse Organization Drive for result, creativity (outside-the-box thinking) and assertive
