Your role
We're seeking an In Store Operations Analyst for our In-store Operations team.
As In Store Operations Analyst, you will be crucial in defining Tamara’s commercial strategy, success metrics, targets and go-to-market plans for Tamara’s products.
Drawing on your proficiency in identifying target merchants, developing lead generation strategies and overseeing implementation you will be responsible for ensuring smooth Tamara service execution and boost in-store awareness for partners and customers to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide.

Your Responsibilities
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with Tamara’s standards, with weekly merchant training as a core part of the role.
Assist in identifying initiatives to enhance the onboarding process for new stores and key accounts.
Conduct mystery shopping of existing merchants on a regular basis to properly understand what the experience is like, and identify/share improvement opportunities with the company and the merchant.
Provide expert guidance to partners on Tamara’s products, features, and services.
Ensure Tamara collaterals are readily available, deployed and prominently displayed in partner stores.
Ensure cashiers at Tamara merchants know how to properly use Tamara’s payment services.
Assess, evaluate and identify improvement opportunities from both an existing and new merchant perspective to drive up awareness of Tamara as well as increase value/number of transactions in store.
Assess, evaluate and identify improvement opportunities from both an existing and new customer perspective to drive up awareness of Tamara as well as increase value/number of transactions in store.
Share findings cross functionally, and test/experiment with improvement opportunities.
Report on findings and initiatives on a regular basis.
Your expertise
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
0-2 years of professional experience.
KSA driver's license is mandatory.
Strong Arabic and English communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Highly energetic and proactive.
Creative problem solver.
