We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Consultant (Arabic Speaker) for one of the market leaders in kitchen appliances across the UAE.As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting home appliances, and driving sales within our showroom.Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom and assist them with their requirements. Guide customers in selecting the right home appliances and provide detailed product information. Personalize recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Offer a positive and engaging shopping experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Keep up-to-date with product promotions, discounts, and warranty information. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details to customers. Provide accurate information on pricing, warranties, and after-sales services. Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Monitor and replenish product displays. Report any maintenance or repair requirements for showroom fixtures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance. Requirements· Proven experience in sales, preferably in home appliances or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related field is a plus. Bilingual, English and Arabic are a must.
