Job Description
As a Food Safety & Hygiene Supervisor in Millennium Hail, you will support the implementation of EHS & HACCP programs, conduct training sessions, and collaborate across departments to uphold a culture of safety and excellence. Your responsibilities include assisting in inspections, managing documentation, and contributing to budget oversight. You will play a crucial role in accident investigations, supplier compliance, and staying abreast of regulatory changes, all aimed at maintaining a high standard of safety and hygiene throughout the hotel.Key Job Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards as directed by the Food Safety & Hygiene Manager.Assist in conducting training sessions for colleagues on safety, hygiene practices, and compliance with EHS & HACCP programs.Support regular inspections of work areas to identify and address hygiene, cleanliness, and safety issues.Assist in managing and controlling relevant documents, including manuals, policies, procedures, logs, and reports associated with EHSMS & HACCP.Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety, providing support to maintain high standards.Assist in obtaining and renewing necessary safety, environmental, and HACCP certifications and licenses.Provide input and assistance to the Food Safety & Hygiene Manager in reporting on the hotel's performance in implementing EHS management systems.Contribute to the development and oversight of the budget for HACCP/EHS, providing input based on risk assessments, site inspections, and organizational targets.Assist in keeping the Food Safety & Hygiene Manager informed about changes in EHS/HACCP local regulations and laws, and support the updating of internal procedures, policies, and forms.Assist in accident investigations, documentation of root causes, and the proposal of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Assist in accident investigations, documentation of root causes, and the proposal of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Support the assessment of training needs for colleagues, contribute to the development of training materials, and assist in conducting training programs to enhance safety awareness.Provide input and support in the management of the HACCP/EHS hotel budget, aligning it with risk assessments, site inspections, and organizational targets.Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
