Job Description

What You'll Do

Present and sell SARA Group products and services to current and potential project clients, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
Prepare action plans to target potential clients and track sales efforts through to completion.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and project opportunities to exceed sales targets.
Engage with new projects, proactively expanding the client base.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for project bids.
Maintain up-to-date sales materials and in-depth knowledge of current products.
Handle documentation and costing segregation for negotiations, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions.
Oversee the value chain of ongoing projects, collaborating with developers, consultants, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Manage product delivery and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Identify and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Prepare regular reports on project activity, sales progress, and alignment with goals.
Communicate opportunities and customer feedback to the internal team to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all necessary tender documents are completed for project bids.
Develop sales initiatives to reduce stock and maximize product movement.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable institution.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in project management or related product categories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Confidence, energy, and enthusiasm for sales and project management.
