Each area offers a unique career experience and a compelling mix of work and training opportunities, work environment and structure for career progression.Main Responsibilities/Tasks: Meeting and EventsProvide oversight to plan and execute complex meeting and event experiences in an agile, innovative and truly human way, reflecting a customer-centric and operationally effective approach. Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service through an environment of hospitality. Includes event logistics, attendee engagement, venue and vendor procurement, budget management, provision of planning and technology services/support, event execution, and reporting.Adapts communication style and response time to consider customer seniority, situation, and support dedicated planning approachProvides inputs, manages or assists in the development of overall meeting logistics and attendee experience in support of event objectives.Uses technology to manage or support the planning processes for meeting, including meeting registrations, approval, budget and actual spend, calendars, meeting logistics, attendee registrations, reporting, and to seek customer satisfaction.Manages event budget and sign off/approves completion of procurement processes such as invoice review, deposits, purchase orders, billing and final reconciliation.Establishes and manages relationships and collaboration with internal teams and service providers to ensure competitive costs and consistent delivery of service, including escalation resolution.
