Job Description
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will be working closely within a cross functional team across the region to ensure that current and future Cochlear acoustic implant technologies are perfectly positioned and communicated to healthcare professionals, patients, provider and payers, as well as our distributors.
Some of your responsibilities will include
Lead Product Strategy: Define and implement product marketing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
Drive Product Launches: Manage smooth execution of launches using the CLIP framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Boost Upgrade Penetration: Identify and engage eligible recipients for sound processor upgrades, tailoring campaigns to local needs.
Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the portfolio from launch to retirement, streamlining offerings and driving innovation.
Deliver Market Insights: Conduct research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, informing strategic decisions.
Support Local Markets: Provide hands-on support to country teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
Champion the Portfolio: Advocate for acoustic implants internally and externally, shaping messaging and countering competition.
About You.

To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience
Master's degree in business, marketing, science, engineering, or medical field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in international settings
Background in life sciences, medical devices, or healthcare (surgical experience a plus)
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
Experience across the MERTA region and understanding of its healthcare systems
Professional Proficiency in English is, and proficiency in an additional MERTA language is highly desirable
Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Job Requirements
Candidates should have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in international settings.
