As our new HR Manager, you will become part of a Global HR Community and will be responsible for the full employee life cycle in KSA.
Your main responsibilities will consist of performance and development management, owning the onboarding process for new employees, and creating positive lines of engagement to ensure solid retention strategies are maintained.
You will also play a key role in assisting Global Talent Acquisition in recruitment.
Other responsibilities
Drive the HR strategies and development of our employees, ensuring a good and safe environment and culture
Compile and maintain HR documentation for employees and contractors, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law, and as required by the organization
Prepare required reports and data for local management and closely collaborate with the payroll provider
Manage the legal entities and required documentation/ licenses in line with KSA laws (Commercial registration)
Manage the HR team, as well as local processes, including on-boarding, performance management, employee feedback surveys and training
Oversee the employee experience and the be the culture builder and guardian and assist managers and employees with finding resolutions to their HR related queries
Your Competencies
7+ years of hands-on experience in a HR Generalist role in the region
Expertise in managing the full employee life cycle
Experience working with external vendors, to provide outsourced HR services like training & payroll
Expert in Saudization and government HR portals – Muqeem
Exposure gained from working in an international environment, supporting employees from multiple countries, such as shared service center

You are capable of motivating and engaging others by being a reliable advisor with the ability to foster a trusting attitude
You are an exceptional communicator with a strong ability to build interpersonal relationships
You present a forward-thinking and optimistic mindset, coupled with a solution focused mentality
