Job Description
Responsible for the preparation/reviewing Bills of Quantities and Ensure contract document processing procedures are completed in a timely manner Track, manage and ensure commercial actions are completed in a timely manner Supply all relevant information to the Contracts Manager for review at the specified intervals set Assist the Contracts Manage with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time. Arrange and prepare the pre-qualification submittals and material submittals for getting consultant & client approvals Prepare contracts /agreements with Contractors. Negotiations with contractors on both technical and commercial aspects of product. Arrange and review the packages of the required contracts works for the required inquiries of the project for Receive quotations Prepare comparison sheet between the contractors according to the project Specifications and Budget. Evaluate contractors based on services, and prices Prepare and review Contract Document and advice the Management with suitable amendments. RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity UPDA certification from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning Degree in engineering is preferred
