Job Description
What You’ll Own
This is a hands-on, full-spectrum HR role, reporting to the Director HR.
- Lead the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, engagement, growth, and retention
- Drive employee communication, feedback loops, recognition, and wellness initiatives
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and embed our brand values in every stage of the employee experience
- Manage HR operations, systems, data and drive continuous improvement through data and employee insights
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record as People Manager with 5–8 years of employee lifecycle experience, ideally in agile or high-growth environments
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent will be an asset
- A people-first mindset, with the ability to connect business goals to talent strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative working style
- Passion for wellness and people (you don’t need to be a fitness expert, just someone who understands why these matter to our team and our culture)
- Someone who thrives in a mission-led team where culture, learning and performance matter
- A natural people person, approachable, energetic, and organized
- Make a real impact and shape the people experience from the ground up
This role requires someone who genuinely lives a wellness-first lifestyle, and visibly reflects the energy, confidence, and presence that our brand stands for.
If you're not personally committed to a lifestyle that aligns with fitness, health, and high-performance living, this role may not be the right fit.
