Project Manager (Roads and Bridges)

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various road and bridge construction projects. Open to being based on different sites across KSA as needed per the client/project requirements.

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of road and bridge construction projects from inception to completion.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing road and bridge construction projects.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and throughout the organization.


Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldAdditional certificates such as PMPStrong English communication skills20 - 25 years' experience in the management of Highways, Bridges and TunnelsExperience in Saudi Arabia/GCC
