Job Description

Brand Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the companys goals and values. Manage and maintain the brand identity, including the logo, messaging, and visual elements. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (print, digital, social media, etc.). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to measure success. Event Management: Plan and execute a variety of company events, including open houses, client seminars, and industry conferences. Manage event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor relationships, and attendee outreach. Ensure events are on brand, engaging, and contribute to achieving marketing and sales objectives. CRM Management: Oversee implementation and optimization of the companys CRM system. Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies through the CRM platform. Utilize CRM data to personalize marketing messages and offers. Customer Service: Proactively identify and address customer concerns and complaints through various channels (phone, email, social media). Maintain positive and professional communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service experiences. Additional Responsibilities: Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance and event outcomes. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and industry trends. Collaborate with different departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. RequirementsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to plan and execute successful events. Experience with CRM systems and customer service practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
