Trading & Investment Knowledge: Solid expertise in financial products, trading strategies, and wealth planning
Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator – capable of guiding both clients and team members
Agile Mindset: Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and making strategic decisions with impact
Language: Fluent English required – German language skills are a welcome advantage
