ABOUT THE ROLE
A new YouTube channel focused on calming bedtime stories for children aged 2–6 is seeking an automation expert to design and implement a modular, well-documented workflow for content repurposing and distribution.
The system should automatically convert long-form episodes into 5–10 short-form clips and publish them across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Preferred tools include n8n (or similar no-code automation platforms), Wisecut or Opus Clip for video editing, Canva API for thumbnail generation, and ChatGPT for title, caption, and hashtag generation.
The workflow should be triggered by video uploads to Google Drive and include features for affiliate link insertion, updating Ko-Fi or Linktree, and tracking performance through a Google Sheets dashboard.
WhatsApp notifications and AI-based scheduling are considered valuable additions.
Clear documentation, including visual workflow maps and handover instructions, is essential to ensure the system can be easily managed or delegated in the future.
