Job Description
We’re hiring QA Analysts (Remote + UAE On‑site)We’re looking for dynamic, proactive, and detail‑oriented QA Analysts to join our team. We have openings for a full‑time remote role and on‑site roles in the UAE. In this role, you’ll lead end‑to‑end quality—designing and executing test plans and cases, managing schedules and defects, communicating and acting on risk, and ensuring clear, consistent cross‑team communication. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copy strategists, developers, and product managers to ship reliable, user‑ready work and help mature our QA practice across the organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage all Quality Assurance–related aspects of assigned projects.Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.Serve as lead tester on projects: proofread content, identify and report defects, and validate fixes.Perform all aspects of testing, including functional, integration, regression, accessibility, compatibility, and basic performance testing—both manual and automated where applicable.Test websites, CMS implementations, marketing emails, and applications across diverse platforms, mobile devices, and browsers.Document defects/issues in the tracking system; manage defect triage and resolution with project teams.Provide test progress, coverage, and quality risk reports; help forecast project completion based on defect severity, priority, and burn-down.Engage with client stakeholders as needed to discuss issues, risks, and acceptance criteria.Act as a Quality Assurance subject matter expert within the company, contributing to process improvement, standards, and tool selection.Skills and CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of software testing procedures, methodologies, and best practices; able to establish and evolve the QA discipline.Strong interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.Growth mindset with a desire to learn new tools and techniques and improve existing practices.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and modern web technologies.Working technical knowledge of basic SQL, CMS systems, and at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript); familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) is a plus.Experience testing websites and web applications across multiple browsers and devices, including responsive behavior.Experience validating interactive marketing assets such as newsletters, emails, and banners (content accuracy, rendering, and link validation).Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and different browser applications should be essential with testing front-end code and markup (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end integrations (APIs, data).Proficiency with QA and debugging tools such as Jira, Zephyr/Xray, TestRail, browser dev tools, and network inspectors; experience with automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) is a plus.QualificationsRelevant BA/BS or equivalent technical training and professional experience.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience and/or combined experience in information systems analysis, design, development, or implementation.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, growing environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.Proven track record establishing test plans, managing defect lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering reliable releases.
