Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our Finance team at IFM Facilities Management. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws, and handling sensitive employee compensation data with discretion and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess employee payroll with precision and confidentialityMaintain and reconcile payroll records and reportsEnsure compliance with tax regulations and UAE labor lawsCoordinate with HR and Finance to gather accurate dataManage payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciesSupport internal and external audits related to payrollMaintain payroll systems and recommend improvements where necessaryJob requirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationExperience: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar roleCertifications: One or more of the following preferred;Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)Certified Management Accountant (CMA)Payroll or HR-related certificationsSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of payroll systems and legal regulationsHigh level of confidentiality and integrityProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting softwareEffective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
