Operational Excellence Specialist - Siemens Energy, Cairo Egypt

A Snapshot of Your Day In this high visibility role, you will be an internal Consultant for the Grid Technologies Services Team within our Siemens Energy organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable performance improvements, by identifying high stake potentials, challenging internal practices and processes, defining efficient procedures while specifying requirements for software and application configuration.How You’ll Make An Impact Identify, size, and drive operational performance optimization initiatives, while coordinating agile projects. Ensure stepwise achievements of operational improvements. Support the global organization identifying and implementing software applications to improve operational performance. Scout, select and implement technologies to improve operational performance (e.g., RDA, RPA, ETL, etc.). Contribute to the professional development of your team members.What You Bring University studies in engineering, software development, or economics and business (Master’s degree is a plus). 3-5 years relevant professional experience in process optimization and/or software implementation, with focus on administrative processes. Strong analytical skills, ability to generate insights, and define solutions to optimize business operations. Experience in driving agile projects while interfacing with a global and diverse stakeholder group including business leaders, process owners and individual contributors. Great team player, also ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization while ensuring excellent senior stakeholder management up to senior management level. Eagerness to consistently meet and exceed commitments and objectives while taking ownership of complex challenges. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Client first mindset, experience as consultant is a plus.
