The Warehouse Manager will be working with the following brands: Miran, and Brodan.Miran (miran.sa) - stainless steel factory, supporting our commercial kitchen projects, but also engineering new lines of products for the oil and gas industry.Brodan (brodan.co) - our cooling and refrigeration brand, developing and manufacturing a full line of refrigeration products - from small refrigerated display cases to large, industrial cold rooms.Position SummaryAs a Supply Chain Team Lead- Warehouse Operations, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manage, and you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our warehouse facilities. This includes ensuring the efficient and effective storage, handling, and distribution of goods and materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracies. At Miran, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the success of our company and build a career you can be proud of.Responsibilities● Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the warehouse team to review progress, identify and address any roadblocks, and ensure that everyone is aligned on the day's goals.● Supervise and lead warehouse team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.● Maintain minimum required stock levels (Min & Max) and contribute to controlling the Production Kanban system.● Introduce best practices and technologies that streamline warehousing operations.● Plan and organize warehouse activities, ensuring optimal use of space, equipment, and resources.● Manage & execute Invoicing processes & ensure all Production Work Orders are Ended before invoicing sales orders systematically.● Participate in daily tours in production to identify and solve current issues related to his department.● Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment.● Ensure accurate bill of material consumption & transactions physically & systematically.● Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely fulfillment of orders.● Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and minimizing transportation costs.● Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize storage capacity and improve operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, supply chain management or related discipline.3+ years of supply chain with warehouse management & logistical experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS)Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracyWhat you can expectCompany culture: We are a collaborative and supportive company where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas.
