Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Telecom/Real Estate

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Director of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and economic developments that may impact the Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with progressive leadership responsibilities. Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis in a complex business environment. Strong understanding of financial concepts, principles, and practices. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and other financial software/tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
