KPMG International Limited and its related entities do not provide services to clients.For more detail about our structure please visit: https://home.kpmg/xx/en/home/misc/governance.htmlManagement Information & Reporting:Ensure the maintenance of financial records of organisation ensuring fiscal, accounting and best standard practice are metPreparation and review of periodic financial reporting and forecasting and variance explanations.Anticipate potential sources of impact on business targets and proactively define response and action plan and implement them in coordination with the Senior Manager of the organisation.Financial Control, Management And Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with all financial, regulatory and accounting requirements including reporting.Ensure review of all balances and ensure that adequate reconciliations completed and available.Develop and maintain systems of internal controls liaising with Management and internal audit unit.Ensure that all reporting, audit and filing requirement deadlines are met whether to internal or external stakeholders. This includes (not limited to) all financial audits, statutory, internal, etc.Management and support of internal and external auditsProcess Improvement And Efficient OperationsLead and oversee the running of ERP system (SAP), inclusive of policies, procedures and practicesActively participate in initiatives that drive organisational and performance (including systems) improvements supportDrives excellence and minimize value leakagePeople DevelopmentSupervise, guide and develop the Finance team ensuring continued development and progression of employeesManage team’s career development and trainingFinancial ResponsibilityManage the organisation’s ERP (SAP)Prepare/review monthly payrollPrepare/review End of Service calculationsLiaison point with the organisation’s bankEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, EconomicsExperience, Skills & Competency RequirementsA minimum of 7 years post-Bachelor’s relevant work experience of which three (3) years must be in asenior financial management position.Very strong financial reporting and audit preparation experienceKnowledge of, and experience with, International Financial Reporting standards is an advantageExperience in planning, execution, negotiating, and change management is a plusExperience with, and working knowledge of, an ERP system (SAP preferable)Knowledge of, and experience with budgeting, accounting and cost controlExperience of partnering with the technical and operations side of a businessDemonstrable leadership qualities to successfully lead a team with varying levels of experienceAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form in a professional mannerExcellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple issues simultaneouslyA practical approach to problem solving and dealing with diverse business drivers and variables with limited informationStrong networking and monitoring skillsGood negotiation and advocacy skillsAbility to work in a multi-cultural, diverse environment
