Role Overview

As Senior Business Development Manager – MENA, you’ll lead Everstake’s growth in the region by securing and scaling integrations with crypto platforms, digital asset custodians, exchanges, fintechs, and Web3 infrastructure providers.
You’ll own the full partner lifecycle — from sourcing to negotiation, technical scoping to go-live.

You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every partner launch is a success, and that Everstake’s infrastructure becomes the staking backbone of choice across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Origination & Closing: Identify, engage, and close high-value integrations across MENA — including platforms serving both institutional and retail crypto users.
Technical & Regulatory Enablement: Navigate compliance, custody models (e.g., MPC), and regulatory considerations (VASP registration, Shariah compliance, etc.) in collaboration with our Legal and Product teams.
Launch Execution: Coordinate integration timelines with internal and external teams, drive technical readiness, and support product and marketing on go-to-market rollout.
Strategic Market Development: Position Everstake as a trusted staking infrastructure partner at regional events (e.g., Token2049 Dubai, ETH Riyadh,...

) and in targeted outbound initiatives.
Intelligence Sharing: Surface insights from the field to inform Everstake’s product roadmap, partner tooling, and regional GTM strategy and collaborate internally with Product, development and management teams to deliver smooth integration processes implementation and business sustainability

Success in this Role Looks Like

Launch and scale 3–5 strategic partner integrations within your first 6 months
Drive 8–9 figures in Assets Under Staking via partner channels
Shorten average integration timelines through proactive deal orchestration
Deepen Everstake’s visibility and positioning across the MENA ecosystem
Build a trusted network of C-level counterparts at the region’s leading custodians, institutions, banks, neobanks, fintechs, and wallets

Job Requirements

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or GTM roles within crypto, fintech, custody, or Web3 infrastructure
Proven track record of closing complex integrations and driving technical adoption
Deep understanding of staking mechanics, validator infrastructure, wallet architecture, and non-custodial user flows
Familiarity with regional compliance frameworks, including VASP regimes (UAE, Bahrain), Shariah considerations, and VARA/ADGM/SCA/SAMA
Strong network in the MENA Web3 ecosystem (especially UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain)
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
Willingness to travel regionally for key events and partner meetings
