Job Description
Quality Systems Development Deployment
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product and process quality.
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
Facilitate the deployment of quality systems across departments to ensure alignment and compliance.
Manufacturing Quality Support
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to monitor and improve manufacturing quality processes.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives for quality issues.
Track and report on key quality metrics, including yield, defect rates, and audit findings.
Audit Compliance Assistance
Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up on corrective actions.
Ensure documentation and processes comply with regulatory and customer requirements.
Process Improvement Training
Contribute to process optimization and standardization efforts across manufacturing operations.
Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to quality procedures and standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with RD, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout product development and manufacturing.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring quality readiness and system alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a quality systems or manufacturing quality role, preferably in a tech or electronics environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
