Spare Parts Coordinator

Full ownership of general company email & distribution of emails to the designated personnel Full ownership of customer portals including but not limited to SAP Ariba Distribution of RFQ’s and PO’s from portal to designated channels tracking all commercial registration documents for company with major end users and ensuring that they are always up to date Handling all of the companies qualifications in major end-users in the region Uploading Proposals on the customers portals & tracking all incoming communication and purchase orders Preparation of spare parts quotation for major end-users in Saudi Position Requirements Mechanical or industrial engineering degree, or Business or IT degree or equivalent 10 years’ experience in O&G and chemical/petrochemical industries, preferably in the pumps industry Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus high knowledge of SAP Ariba and end-user online portals in Saudi
