Taking responsibility for defining short, middle, and long-term commercial Packaging & Ingredients strategies for our Production operations in the Middle East. Responsible for leading system design projects to improve the procurement processes and business results for those sub-categories. Responsible for prospecting, liaising with stakeholders, and leading cost-saving projects.Job DescriptionProfessional Skills: Direct Material negotiation Solid knowledge / background of Middle East market Being familiar with budget, cost, finance mathematics Experience in handling legal agreements Technical Skills: Negotiation skills / Project analysis Expertise in the tools of Strategic Sourcing and related concepts (TCO-Total Cost of Ownership, Supplier Development, Market Research, etc.) Experience in, ERP (SAP), Ariba, Contract Management, and MSOffice applications (Excel, PP, Word, etc.) Requirements Bachelor’s in Business Economics / Engineer / Business Background At least 3-5 years of experience in Procurement and 2-3 years experience in negotiating Direct Materials categories Fluent in English, (Arabic, is preferable but not a must) Knowledge & Skills Cultural sensibility to work in different environments Confidence, ability to make presentations, to communicate and to handle people from different backgrounds Ability to influence and negotiate with people in all organizational levels, including technical areas and final users Attentive to market trends Ability to negotiate large financial sums and work under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Sense of urgency Organized to maintain proper database and accuracy Strong understanding of processes, procedures and policies of contract reviews in FMCG Good interpersonal skills in dealing with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally Proactive with a strong sense for processes and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Committed to the BRF Commitments such as: Integrity, Quality and Safety Argue convincingly and achieve a consensus among colleagues and third parties Team player, able to meet tight deadlines and to manage a challenging workload Flexible and stress tolerant Stay tuned on our Website to be aware about all the job opportunities we have!
