OverviewThe Opportunity:The FISA Service Desk Associate provides in-depth desktop support to Fisher Investments Saudi Arabia and its employees. You will be troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex PC and network problems. You will be reporting to one of our VP's of the Information Technology department.The Day-to-Day: Responsible for providing tier 1 and tier 2 support to end-users in an efficient and effective manner Responsible for performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of end user software and hardware Establishes network connectivity as well as hardware and software configuration Supports third-party software applications Responsible for tracking, resolving, or escalating all incidents and requests in ServiceNow Responsible for executing physical end user inter- and intra- office relocation services Responsible for software pushes and desktop imaging, as appropriate Provides Tier 1 Telecom Support Assists in developing and improving the Service Desk’s efficiency and customer service rating Orders equipment and services for employee business usage Provides a prompt response to user requests for information and assists in application system problem resolution All other duties assigned by Service Desk Management As requested by management, helps with general office maintenance by working with vendors who provide services such as cleaning, basic repairs, moving furniture and other maintenance or facilities requirements; may also be asked to facilitate building deliveries, monitor inventory, and any other duties, as needed.Your Qualifications: University degree, technical certifications, or combination of education and hands-on experience required Fluent in business English and Arabic 1-2 years’ experience in IT and Infrastructure and Operations preferred A+ Certification preferred Expertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management, and the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework preferred Demonstrated success in decision making/troubleshooting Excellent customer service skills required Prioritize work based upon business needs Why Fisher Investments Arabia:The global Fisher organisation distinguishes itself by always putting our clients first, providing them with unmatched service, and taking a personalised investing approach.
