Job Title: General Manager of Event Management UnitJob Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Event Management Unit. As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the successful delivery of events that meet our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a proven track record in the event management industry.Key Qualifications: Certificate in Project Management (PMO Agile) Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Exceptional meeting handling skills, including effective communication and negotiation abilities Proven track record in team leadership and collaboration Strong report writing and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver comprehensive and insightful reportsKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Event Management Unit, aligning with organizational goals and objectives Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Lead and manage a team of event planners, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to create event layouts, designs, and promotional materials Implement KPIs to track the success of events and identify areas for improvement Act as a liaison between the Event Management Unit and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and communication Develop and maintain comprehensive event reports, providing insights and recommendations for future eventsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): Event Attendance Rate: Achieving target attendance rates for each event Client Satisfaction Score: Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through feedback and surveys Budget Adherence: Ensuring that events are delivered within budget constraints Team Performance: Evaluating team performance and effectiveness in event execution Reports Accuracy: Ensuring that event reports are accurate, detailed, and provide actionable insightsJob Title: General Manager of Event Management UnitKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): Event Attendance Rate: Achieving target attendance rates for each event Client Satisfaction Score: Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through feedback and surveys Budget Adherence: Ensuring that events are delivered within budget constraints Team Performance: Evaluating team performance and effectiveness in event execution Reports Accuracy: Ensuring that event reports are accurate, detailed, and provide actionable insights
