Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Manager - Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions for a portal project. Working alongside the Senior Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Product Owner, and under the guidance of the Scrum Master, you will analyse business processes, document requirements, and ensure the technical team delivers solutions that meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:· Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.· Analysis and Documentation: Analyse and document business processes, creating clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.· Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs and technical solutions.· Solution Validation: Work with the technical team to validate solutions against business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to optimize business operations and system functionality.· Project Support: Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and performance.· Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance testing, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are of high qualitQualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.· 3-5 years of experience minimum as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Digital or related sectors.· Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.· Experience in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system analysis.· Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and use cases.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.· Experience with Agile methodologies and working with Scrum teams.· Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques.· Arabic speaking skills is a must.
