Beyond Covid-19, G42 Healthcare is also developing a program of activities to support the health of future generations -ranging from genomics, imaging, and diagnostics to digitization programs, manufacturing, and cutting-edge research.ResponsibilitiesBuild a high Customer Satisfaction Level by responding to technical inquiries from customers received by phone and e-mail, while proactively partnering with the sales and support team and acting as a techno-commercial resource to support the pre-and post-sales process.Monitor technical trends and provide feedback on the competitive landscape for better product positioning.Develop strong working relationships with BD teams, sales, support, and admin.Provide detailed technical feedback to the business unit on customer needs and product performance in the field.Suggesting based on market insight upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in NGS salesMSc degree in biological sciences like Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology etc with experience on working in NGS labs.Sound Knowledge and understanding of the laboratory workflow for PCR and NGS applications and a deep scientific and problem-solving background and sales acumen.Preferably those who are experienced in Proteomics.Experience in Illumina/ONT/Agilent/MGI and experience of various sequencersKnowledge of sending out sample processes in GCC countries.Knowledge and Experience in NGS troubleshootingWilling to travel across GCC, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq & PakistanWorking knowledge of CRM.Experience with both financial and legal aspects of deal negotiation and a track record of successfully closing transactionsSelf-starter with a can-do attitude.Result-oriented with outstanding team spirit
