Collaborate with hiring managers, conductinterviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The goal is tofind the best talent that aligns with the company’s needs and culture.Role and Responsibilities:. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles within the company.· Compile job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company websites, and socialmedia platforms.· Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.· Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) with potential hires.· Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms.· Assist new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.· Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.Requirements:BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.5-7 years of experience in a similar role (including data analysis, market research)Excellent command of English Language.
