Job Description

ResponsibilitiesProvide expertise on key market and category trends, including impacts to our business that will guide key strategic decisionsAssess brand health and marketing tactics via objective quantitative research, analytics, & in-market tests (e.g. A/B) to help determine the effectiveness of marketing programsLeverage findings and trends to find opportunities and make recommendations to the business and the marketing leadersDevelop global best practices for campaign and brand health KPI measurement across channels and the customer journeyInfluence its adoption across the organization and ongoing useDemocratize our data by building a web-based data catalog and guiding data governance working with other functions to unify disparate information into a single source of truth for our customers.Lead staff in developing and delivering data-driven solutions across the analytical spectrum (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive)Provide subject matter expertise on all things data and analytics to internal as well as external stakeholders by developing compelling actionable insights through quantitative analysis, innovative thinking and data storytellingPartner with Planning teams to support end-to-end audience strategy by onboarding the data sources, leveraging advanced Machine Learning techniques to build, scale and deploy audiences across various platforms/publishersPartner with the Activation team to design and setup A/B tests using best in class DOE practices and optimize campaign performance by running descriptive and diagnostic analyses in clean rooms and other analytics platformsDesign and present decks that communicate data (campaign performance, test results and ad-hoc analyses) as a compelling narrativeDesign tech infrastructure and data pipelines (ETL, data automation, data querying)Partner with client and media partner data science teams to develop new methodologies and utilitiesQualifications13+ years of experience working in primary market research or data/analytics5+ years of experience leading teamsExpertise in quantitative market research methodsExpertise in data governance and analyticsA whole-brained thinker who combines data with deep empathy and strong storytellingComfort with ambiguity and experience in organizational designStrong people leadership skillsExperience working with interdependent cross-functional and global teamsWilling and able to travel domestically and internationally as requiredStrategic thinker who approaches challenges with a possibilities and learning mindset
