Construction Manager

Responsibilities: Needs assessment: Analyze customer requirements and electrical projects to provide appropriate solutions. Proposing solutions: Providing proposals for suitable electrical parts for customer projects based on their technical needs and requirements. Providing technical knowledge: Providing technical information and technical advice to customers regarding various electrical parts and their availability. Marketing and Sales: Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales volume and enhance the companys market share. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing technical support, solving problems, and meeting their needs effectively. Order follow-up: Follow up and coordinate the execution of orders with the shipping and delivery team to ensure that products are delivered effectively and on time. Analysis and Reports: Analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports to provide information about performance and trends and provide suggestions for improving operations. Qualifications: Previous experience in the field of evaluating and selling electrical parts. A deep understanding of different electrical products and their applications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers. Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. experience in Zoho Books. Good knowledge of marketing and sales methods. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. University degree in a related field (electrical engineering or marketing, for example).
