Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide executive planning and administrative support to the Managing Director and the Financial Director of Siemens Energy Egypt. You would be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and serve as a liaison to various stakeholders including customers, partners as well as senior management including board level. You will organize and coordinate executive meetings and content, external relations efforts and oversee special projects.How You’ll Make An Impact Business steering with regards to planning, administration, reports or organization of meeting / minutes. Support and lead Company Activities (townhalls, kick-off meetings or other type of events), Documentation support, including preparation of meeting agendas, briefings, correspondences, and PowerPoint presentations: Manage the calendar by arranging internal and external meetings and filtering appointments as required: Organize/coordinate meeting schedule. Prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events, Travel and accommodation arrangements: Book hotels, flights, transportations, travel application and claim expenses. Receive and arrange external and internal visitors. Complete expenses claims and manage expenses documentation.What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with international exposure. Fluency in English is a must. Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Solid command of Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is a plus.
