Job Description:Serve customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service.Provide advice and guidance to the client to correctly answer their question.Ensure 100% data entry accuracy on all typing applications.Achieve monthly target of 250 applications.Guide and train new team members, set the role model example.Support when sick or annual leave leaves the rota short staffed, and ensure the customers are never waiting for staff.Required Experience:At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and government relationsRequired Education & Qualification:With UAE passport & family book holderHigh school or Degree holderSkills Required:Knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.100% accuracy data entryAbility to work collaboratively with teams and independently handle government process.Any Additional Requirements:Strong communication skills both Arabic and EnglishExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
