Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support and Data Entry

Location: Remote (after initial on-site training)

Job Type: Full-time (rotational shifts)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Support Representative. This role involves entering data into Google Sheets and providing excellent customer service (phone calls) within our operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and suppliers.
  • Adhere to work schedules and complete assigned tasks promptly.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Work Schedule:

Upon acceptance into the position, there will be an initial on-site technical test to assess data entry skills and English proficiency. If the candidate passes, the work schedule will be as follows:

  • On-site training may range from 1 to 4 weeks.
  • On-site training is conducted during daytime hours only.
  • Post-training, work will be fully remote with variable 8-hour shifts.
  • Weekly day off and overtime compensation.
  • Opportunities for promotion and salary increases based on performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using computers and the internet.
  • Excellent command of the English language, B1-B2 level (Reading, Writing, Speaking), no accent is required.
  • Commitment to work schedules and tasks.
  • Courteous and professional demeanor in dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • Possession of a personal computer or laptop for remote work.

Additional Information:

  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • Full-time commitment and adherence to working hours are essential.
