As Regional Program Manager, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for managing and marketing a portfolio of online merchants in UAE who accept Pointspay. You are capable of developing exceptional personal relationships with our partners and are accountable for the commercial success of our partnerships. You work closely with sales, marketing, client engagement and product managers to be the voice of the merchant within Pointspay. Dynamic, resourceful, and problem-solving, you enjoy working in an international environment together with a diverse set of people across the globe. You have a convincing personality and enjoy working with partner stakeholders at different levels.YOUR KEY TASKSDevelop and maintain the annual account plan for programs and merchantsEnsure accurate execution of plans working with internal stakeholders across product and marketingCreate a marketing strategy per programs which aligns to the objectives of Pointspay & the programsEncourage programs to communicate and promote Pointspay across their own channels ensuring the growth of the Pointspay customer databaseOnboard and manage merchants into the Pointspay ecosystemBuild ongoing marketing and promotional plans which each merchants to ensure success of partnership.Monitor and report traffic, conversion as well as other key performance metrics.Generate insights that help steer future performance marketing activities.Interpret, anticipate and proactively manage partner needs by developing close relationships and deeply understanding partner objectives.Propose new concepts, offers and functionalities to increase consumer engagement.Work directly with partners to address partner queries, concerns and issues.Apply research and problem-solving skills whilst working with multiple internal stakeholders to address partner queries.Continually learn and keep up to date with new industry and product related information.Hold monthly meetings with key programs and merchants to ensure a strong working relationship YOUR CORE SKILLSFluent English (other languages are a plus)3+ years of experience in partnership marketing functionBachelor’s or master’s Degree ideally in business, marketing or e-commerceExceptional relationship management, strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and reporting skills, willing to go the extra mile.Autonomous working style, self-starter attitude, quick learner.OUR GOODIES FOR YOUWe are an international team, with members located in offices across the world but who share learnings and support and encourage each other, overcoming any challenges that distance and even different time zones may throw up.Hybrid working model (mix of office and home office)Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning platformCompetitive bonus schemeCHOICE: our own internal points-based incentive programA day off on your BirthdayAnniversary bonus
