Job DescriptionNOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.Job SummaryOverall responsible for all Training centres and internal and external Training related activities within the Region.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate clearly all Corporate, Regional, Division and Department business goals, targets and objectives; ensure each team member understands their contribution to achieving overall success. Ensure that training maintains its strategic focus on the provision of quality training to internal/external Customers.Build and strengthen relationships with Customers within the region.Provide leadership, direction and support, apply a ‘hands on’ approach as required to produce solutions to challenges which may impact on performance and/or training quality.
